Job Description

    Were Hiring: Fashion Designer Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of style, excellent design skills, and the ability to transform ideas into market-ready collections while staying ahead of industry trends.Key Responsibilities
    • Design and develop seasonal apparel collections.
    • Create sketches, technical drawings, and design concepts.
    • Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and materials.
    • Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design execution.
    • Prepare tech packs and specifications for manufacturing.
    • Conduct fittings and make necessary design adjustments.
    • Ensure collections align with brand identity and market demand.
    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
    • 1 - 5 years of experience in fashion design (Freshers with exceptional portfolios may apply).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
    • Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends.
    • Excellent creativity, communication, and teamwork skills.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
    Preferred Skills
    • Trend forecasting and market research.
    • Textile and print design knowledge.
    • Experience in womens wear, mens wear, or ethnic wear (preferred).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
