Job Description

    Hi,Hiring ,forIT Ops Engineer forGurgaonLocationplease find the job details as below:Job Profile:IT Ops EngineerExperience : 4 yearsSalary Budget :upto 20 LacShift Timing : Rotational ShiftsWorking Days :Monday-FridayCandidate ProfileThe person will be responsible for providing 2nd Level administration support for Egon Zehnders Windows server environment. The support will entail all aspects of support activities with emphasis on administration of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange Servers and related monitoring tools.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
    • Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
    • 2nd level support for application development and support teams in resolving technical problems related to
    • Active Directory
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft HyperV
    • Server operating systems (Windows 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019)
    • DHCP and DNS
    • Should have a good knowledge of PowerShell scripting
    • Host security (for example, passwords, UIDs/GIDs, ACLs, file permissions, file system integrity)
    • Configuration and maintenance of state-of-the-art data backup and system recovery procedures including cloud based backups and archiving
    • Development, documentation and promotion of best practice maintenance, 1st and 2nd leveltroubleshootingprocedures related to the above
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Windows environment and related operations procedures across the Firm
    Knowledge of any one of below will have added advantage
    • Automated software distribution and remote management
    • Exchange Online
    • M365 and SharePoint
    • SCCM / SCOM
    Skills are required:
    • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
    • Solid sense for operational priorities
    • The ability to work both independently and in project teams in a remote team setting
    • Fluent written and verbal English language skills to deliver high quality support for clients
    • Client interaction and communication while handling complex escalationsrelated to their issues
