Job Description

    Zonal Sales Manager (LED Lighting)* Role: Zonal Sales Manager* Region:* Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttarakhand *Industry:* LED Lighting Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Sales Strategy & Planning:* - Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned region to achieve business goals. - Monitor regional sales performance against targets and take corrective actions.2. *Team Management:* - Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs). - Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance productivity.3. *Channel Development:* - Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and channel partners in the region. - Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure effective sales execution.4. *Market Analysis & Expansion:* - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. - Expand the market reach by identifying untapped territories within the region.5. *Key Account Management:* - Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and large customers. - Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to enhance satisfaction.6. *Reporting & Coordination:* - Submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management. - Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations. *Skills and Qualifications:* 1. *Experience:* - 8-12 years in sales in electrical industry, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role and current role in the LED lighting 2. *Education:* - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. MBA preferred. Graduate can also apply but should have good experience and skills.3. *Skills:* - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM tools, and market analysis.Salary -10-20 LPA
