Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly analysis reports pertaining to the volumes, progress and performance
  • Create and maintain daily operational dashboards to track and report on demand forecast and capacity planning
  • Re-conciliation Report and Optimization schedule Report
  • Provide support to maintain existing management information systems
  • Publish report on operational metrics, business analysis and publish summary to management in a clear and actionable format
  • Maintain reports on all assigned projects and proactively communicate with management and clients
ISMS Role and Responsibilities :
  • Ensure that project management methods in used by the organization cover
  • Information security objectives are included in project objectives;
  • An information security risk assessment is conducted at an early stage of
  • the project to identify necessary controls; and
  • Information security is part of all phases of the applied project
  • methodology
  • Ensure information security implications are addressed and reviewed regularly in all projects
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Knowledge of MIS Analytics, business performance reports, TAT reports, Re-conciliation reports and staffing reports
  • Strong ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop and propose required actions
  • Sound business decision-making ability
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business backgrounds
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to understand and communicate with the LOBs and clients
  • Knowledge of Macro, MS Access and SQL would be preferred
