    Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-orientedBusiness Development Managerto recruit, develop, and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors. The role involves driving business growth through advisor performance, training, and motivation while building a strong and sustainable agency network.Key Responsibilities
    • Recruit Life Insurance Advisors on a commission-based model (commission paid by the company).
    • Build and manage a team of advisors to generate life insurance business.
    • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
    • Motivate, coach, and mentor advisors to improve productivity and retention.
    • Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
    • Support advisors in lead conversion and customer acquisition.
    • Monitor performance metrics and provide continuous feedback.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Age:21 to 40years
    • Education:Minimum Graduation (any discipline)
    • Experience:Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales/Marketing (any industry)
    • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to recruit, train, and manage people
    • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
