Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings for the day!We are hiring forDevelopment ManagerRoles and Responsibilities:Responsible for sourcing, selection & recruitment of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) and developing and monitoring them towards achieving sales targets in a branch. Performs personnel management including recruiting and performance review. This would be the first level of management responsible for handling a team of insurance agentsBuilding a team of PFAs:Identifying prospective PFAs as per the guidelines of the organisation o Coordinating the appointment process of the PFAso Activation of successfully appointed new PFAs through hand holding, participation in OJT and ensuring their motivation to sello Achieving the number of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organisations targetsDeliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goalso Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the companyo Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achievedo Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAso Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help team performo Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAso Track customer proposals through to conversionTraining and Grooming his / her team of PFAs: o Identify training needs across the teamo Co-ordination with Branch Development Partner for the development and training of PFAs in his teamo Mega launch of each new PFAo Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.Perform the role of a people manager fostering a culture of ownership, customer focus, entrepreneurship and team work across the entire branchQualifications and Technical Skills

  • Graduate in any stream with fair level ofnumerical aptitude (of Class-X level)
  • Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
Overall and Specific Experience
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in go-to customer type of sales
