Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch. As the face of our Ed-Tech brand in the region, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving local sales and enrolments, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building relationships with students, parents and corporate partners. This role blends educational insight with operational leadership and strong business acumen.Branch Operations & Leadership
    • Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
    • Lead and supervise a team including counsellors, sales executives, trainers, and support staff.
    • Ensure excellent customer experience for students, parents, and partner institutions.
    Sales & Business Development
    • Drive sales and revenue growth through the salesforce and partnership development.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
    • Need to look into for B2B and B2C Sales.
    • Conduct product demos, seminars, and events to promote EdTech offerings.
    People Management
    • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff.
    • Set performance goals and motivate team members to achieve targets.
    • Foster a positive and growth-oriented branch culture.
    Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, enrollments, feedback, and operational activities.
    • Generate weekly/monthly reports on branch KPIs for senior management.
    Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage targets, resolve operational challenges, and multitask effectively.
    • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, learning platforms, or ERP tools.
