Job Description

1. Job Description & Requirements We are seeking Elevator Installation Technicians with proven experience in the following areas:
• Mechanical installation of elevator systems (traction and hydraulic types)
• Electrical wiring and termination for elevator components
• Proficiency in programming and commissioning elevator controllers and drives
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manufacturer manuals
• Safety compliance in accordance with international and local standards
Note: While we will provide all necessary tools and equipment for general installation tasks, each technician must bring their own rail alignment tool, which is essential for accurate elevator rail setup.
1. Experience & Certification Candidates should ideally meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 610 years of hands-on elevator installation and commissioning experience
• Certification from recognized Indian institutions such as ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Lift Technology, or NCVT/SCVT certification with specialization in elevator installation
• Familiarity with EN81 or equivalent international elevator safety standards is a strong asset
• Basic knowledge of VFD programming and PLC troubleshooting will be advantageous
1. Proposed Salary Range (Converted to USD) Based on Indian market standards and adjusted for international deployment, we propose a monthly salary range of:
• USD $850$1,100 per technician
This range reflects the expected technical skills and commissioning capabilities. Adjustments may be considered for candidates with specialized or multi-brand installation experience.
