• Sales & Business Development:Lead and drive life insurance sales through the agency channel, ensuring that sales targets are met and that business growth objectives are achieved.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing them with training, guidance, and ongoing support to enhance their sales performance and career growth.
• Agent Recruitment & Development:Assist in recruiting new agents, and support their onboarding, training, and professional development to expand and strengthen the agency network.
• Performance Monitoring:Monitor, evaluate, and track agent performance regularly, implementing strategies to improve productivity and achieve higher sales outcomes.
• Compliance & Reporting:Ensure that agents comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance data.
• Customer Service Support:Assist agents in resolving customer queries and provide guidance on claim processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
