Key Role Deliverables
• Sales Management: Achieving disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.
• This is a team handling profile : Should be motivating their team members to achieve their targets and increase productivity.
• Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loan initiatives.
• Profitability Management: Maintaining & optimising profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio.
• Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.
• Travel : This job would require visiting spoke locations for business development; so, regular road travel will be very much a part of the routine.
Preferred Profile
• Minimum Education Qualification: Graduate.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of team handling experience in the LAP / Secured /Mortgage / School funding domain.
• CIBIL must be clear.
• Must be willing to travel within the city, and must be holding a valid driving license.
• Influential communication skills
