Job Description

    As a Sales Generation specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new sales leads using a variety of channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research. You will be tasked with qualifying leads and evaluating their potential to convert into customers. Your role will also involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies to not only meet but exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will be expected to deliver product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients in a compelling manner.In terms of Relationship Management, you will be required to establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Understanding the unique needs of clients and offering tailored solutions will be crucial. Providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns will be key aspects of your job. Moreover, following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling will be essential to maximize sales opportunities.To be successful in this role, you should ideally have 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience in the B2B sector. While not mandatory, a Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential to effectively carry out your responsibilities and achieve sales targets.,
