Job Description

    You are a Support & Adoption Executive responsible for assisting customers in effectively using Truesales Applications. Your role involves providing first-line support through calls, emails, and chat, resolving technical issues, and driving product adoption by ensuring users maximize the platforms benefits. You will assist users with queries, troubleshoot issues, guide them through solutions, train and onboard new customers, and escalate complex cases to the technical team if required. It is essential to document and track customer issues, gather user feedback for improvements, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective solutions.To excel in this role, you should have 0-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to quickly grasp and explain software functionalities are required. Basic knowledge of CRM tools or SaaS-based applications is a plus, along with a problem-solving mindset and a customer-first approach.Joining this role offers you an opportunity to work with a growing SaaS product in the pharmaceutical domain, gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement and product adoption.,
