Job Description

As the Head of Operations at Bannstudio, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business functions for an Australian-based client. Your role will involve leading and streamlining operational workflows, managing internal and client communications, monitoring tasks using tools like Slack, ClickUp, and CRM systems, tracking project progress and team performance, ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders, and continuously improving operational systems and processes.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and streamline day-to-day operational workflows.- Professionally manage internal and client communications, primarily through email.- Use Slack, ClickUp, and CRM systems to monitor and coordinate tasks.- Track project progress and team performance through detailed micromanagement.- Ensure timely reporting and updates to stakeholders.- Continuously improve operational systems and processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or project management.- Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.- Strong command of email etiquette and business communication.- Practical experience using Slack, ClickUp or similar tools, and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.- Experience in micromanagement and performance tracking.Work Hours and Model:- Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM IST (Aligned with Australian timezone)- Work Model: - 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Work from Home - 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM: Work from Office (Bannstudio, Gwalior)- Permanent WFH option may be considered after performance review.Preferred Candidate:- Based in or willing to relocate to Gwalior.- Prior experience working with international clients (especially Australia).- Comfortable in a hybrid working environment.Bannstudio is a digital and creative agency that collaborates with global brands on design, development, and digital growth.
