Job Description

Role Overview:As a Collection Manager, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the allocation of portfolios to vendors based on performance trends and field officer availability. You will work closely with Field Officers and Team Leaders to review cases and assign work based on disposition codes. Coordinating with agency resources, planning calls, and providing support on complex cases will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for allocation and auditing of receipt books and repo kits, ensuring timely agency billing closure, and handling customer service issues and escalations related to collections and repos.Key Responsibilities:- Allocate portfolios to vendors based on performance trends and field officer availability- Review cases with Field Officers and Team Leaders, assigning work based on disposition codes- Coordinate with agency resources, plan calls, and provide support on complex cases- Audit receipt book and repo kit allocation periodically- Ensure timely agency billing closure within 60 days of completed work month- Obtain prior approvals in repo cases and assist agencies in managing repo-related issues- Handle customer service issues and escalations related to collections and repos- Coordinate with legal team for initiating legal actions against chronic defaulters- Monitor and review BKT resolution with agencies and FOs- Restrict flow rates to the next BKT at the location you are handling- Recruit and train fresh teams as needed, removing non-performing Field Officers- Close CRM queries within assigned TAT- Respond to RCU audit queries before TAT and implement committed actions at the field level- Discuss receipt book discrepancies with agencies to prevent reoccurrence- Ensure 100% utilization of HHT and submit reports regularly to ACM/RCM- Inform IT team of non-working HHTs for necessary supportQualifications Required:- Minimum 2-3 years of collection experience in automotive products such as LMV, TW, 3W, LCV, MCV, HCV- Experience in managing collection agencies- Proficiency in data management- Ability to work effectively as an individual performer(Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.),
