    Dear Associate We Have Urgent Open Position In Top MNC Companies.For Apply Call on hidden_mobile Or Email on hidden_emailA Business Development Manager (BDM) in Max Life Insurances Agency Partner Channel (APC) isresponsible for recruiting, training, and developing agency partners to drive life insurance sales, achieve business targets, and ensure regulatory compliance.The role involves strategic planning, team management, building relationships, and focusing on sales performance and long-term channel growth within the life insurance industry.Key Responsibilities
    • Recruitment and Team Development:Identify, recruit, and train suitable individuals to become Agency Partners and build a strong, effective distribution network.
    • Sales and Business Growth:Drive sales performance through the agency channel by focusing on agent activation, productivity, and revenue generation to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
    • Team Leadership and Coaching:Guide Agency Partners in building and leading their teams of Life Advisors, providing support for skill development and team growth.
    • Relationship Building:Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with Agency Partners to foster motivation and commitment to the business.
    • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities, expand the market, and achieve long-term goals for the APC channel.
    • Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all activities and processes adhere to company norms and relevant regulatory guidelines, particularly those from the IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority).
    • Performance Tracking:Monitor and analyze the performance of Agency Partners, drawing up action plans to address any gaps and drive consistent performance.
    • Market and Competition Analysis:Keep abreast of industry and market trends to gain competitive insights and inform business improvement strategies.
    Key Requirements
    • Education:A graduate degree is required;an MBA or Post Graduate degree is often preferred.
    • Experience:A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in life insurance, banking, or the financial services sector.
    • Skills:
      • Strong people management and leadership skills.
      • Ability to drive channel sales and meet targets.
      • Good communication, networking, and team-building abilities.
      • Result orientation, discipline, and adaptability.
      • Strong relationship-building and coaching skills.
