Unsecured Business Loan / LAP / Home Loan**1. Role OverviewHiring for multiple secured and unsecured lending products under including Unsecured Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Home Loans. Candidates will manage sourcing, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality across assigned markets.2. Experience RequirementsUnsecured Business Loans
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Candidates with minimum 6 months experience can be considered.
Home Loan / LAP
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
Freshers
• Freshers allowed only from finance and accounting backgrounds.
• No freshers to be considered for Chennai
3. Product & Ticket Size
• Product Range:
  • Unsecured Business Loans
  • LAP
  • Home Loans
• Ticket Size: 25 lakhs to 50 lakhs
4. Market Requirement
• Candidate must have minimum 10 active DAS connects in the market for effective sourcing.
5. Locations
• Delhi
• Chennai
6. Business Targets
• Assigned Individual and Branch-level targets as per business needs.
• Responsible for consistent sourcing, conversion, and maintaining healthy portfolio quality.
7. Compensation
• Budgeted CTC: 5.5 LPA
8. Notice Period Requirement
• Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with 30 days or less notice period.
