Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for supervision and management of staff,facilitating interdepartmental communication and allocating tasks and resources asneeded to efficiently and effectively run program operations at the One Stop Center.Manages the maintenance of the buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities adhering topertinent regulations. Responsible for information technology, telecommunications, andsecurity for all programs at the Center.Operations Manager Responsibilities Manages day-to-day operations, including human resources, client and publicrelations, facilities, and support services including IT & Telecommunications. Deployment and supervision of federal, state and local programs and grants thatmeet and/or exceed funder and donor performance requirements. Monitorprogram performance and outcomes. Coordinates and develops grant reports for Executive Director. May participate inthe preparation of contract and/or grant proposals and other reports provided byTurning Points to the public and/or funders. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with communityorganizations.
