• Drive and Manage for Plant Performance with defined Objectives for Customer satisfaction.
• Identify and manage the list of areas across the plant, affecting the plant performance, to achieve the performance targets.
• Review of quality performance of Plant (at customer end as well as in house)
• Plan for Team Development by reviewing the Competency Gap
• Review NPD for SOP preparedness for Customer Line.
• Plan Strategy for Business Development to increase the top Line.
