Project Head - Civil- The Head of Projects will oversee all aspects of project delivery for a leading real estate company based in Mumbai.- The role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in real estate development, project execution, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals in project delivery.- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape the growth and expansion roadmap.- Lead cross-functional teams to realize corporate strategies and set operational objectives.Project Management & Execution:- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conceptualization to handover.- Ensure projects are executed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Lead the adoption of industry best practices in project planning, risk management, and value engineering.- Coordinate between architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth execution.Financial & Operational Management:- Plan, control, and allocate project budgets, resources, and cash flows.- Monitor project performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.- Optimize procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.Team Leadership & Development:- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing project management and engineering teams.- Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Compliance & Risk Management:- Ensure all projects comply with statutory regulations, environmental standards, and safety guidelines.- Identify and mitigate project risks-legal, financial, operational, and reputational.Stakeholder Relations:- Foster strong relationships with investors, clients, government authorities, and local communities.- Present project updates and reports to the board and key stakeholders.Candidate Profile:Essential Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, MBA preferred.- 20 years of experience in real estate project management, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.Interested send their updated resume to Email Id hrd.recruitmentconsultants@gmaildotcom & WhatsApp or Call - 9.2.1.1.6.1.8.4.4.8 / 9.7.1.7.2.2.1.3.8.9
