Job Description

• Promote and sell seed products to farmers, agri-dealers, and distributors within assigned territories.
• Advise clients on suitable seed varieties based on soil type, climate, and crop goals.
• Conduct field trials, demos, and farmer meetings to showcase product performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and onboard channel partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide timely feedback from the field to improve product positioning and demand generation.
• Represent the company at agricultural exhibitions, trade shows, and local events.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
