Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell seeds and fertilizers to customers in assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agro-dealers, cooperatives, and agricultural extension agents.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.
• Provide technical advice on seed varieties, fertilizer application, soil health, and crop management practices.
• Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and training sessions to showcase product performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper credit control.
• Collaborate with the agronomy, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and its products.
