Job Description

    The position ofTerritory Sales Manager for the Life-Sciences strategic business unit. AsTerritory Sales Manager for Life Science SBU-you will focus on business development, prospecting and execution of sales against target. In addition, you will work closely with regional sales team to deliver Life-Sciences solutions to the Indian Pharmaceutical and Life-Science market. Crucially you will also provide technical consultancy to our customers and advise on best practice concerning garment and accessory selection for the end-users on an Pan-India basis.Responsibilities :
    • You will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of their territory for the complete line of Bio Clean Life-Sciences portfolios.
    • This includes but is not limited to Cleanroom gloves, Garments, Goggles, Wipes, and accessories.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback from management
    • Represent Ansell in a professional and ethical manner
    • Travel up to 50-75% to support sales activities.
    Required Experience :
    • BS, in Microbiology, Chemical engineering, Chemistry or any adjacent Life Science discipline
    • Experience:9 years of technical sales experience, technical support, or laboratory experience is preferred
    • Detailed planning and organization skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM practices
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently. A combination of expert troubleshooting and interpersonal skills are the keys to success in this position.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
