The Molding technician is responsible for process customization, troubleshoots process and machine problems, assists the Molding Engineer and maintenance team members to ensure molding machines are kept running. As a resource to the operating Machines, helps maintain positive human relations, assists in problem solving, and is a resource for communicating ideas, concerns, etc.
