Bechtel India Office is currently seeking Control Systems & Telecom Engineers for Large Infrastructure Projects especially related to Technological Buildings. The ideal candidate, in addition to meeting all the Essential Job Duties and Job Knowledge need to be a self-starter and possess strong oral and written communication skills.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:1. Study of Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs and develop Interlock and Protection Logic Diagrams.2. Preparation / Review of Engineering drawings & documents like I/O Scheduling, Wiring Drawing, Cable Schedule, Loop Drawings, Instruments Location & Installation Drawing, Cable Route & Tray Route Layout, JB Termination Drawing, Control & network patch panels drawings.3. Design and Engineering of Building Management System (BMS) which includes controlling and monitoring of Buildings mechanical and electrical equipment such as HVAC, lighting, power systems, fire systems, access control and security systems.4. Design and Engineering of Fire Detection, Fire & Gas Safety Systems and Early Warning & Smoke Detection System for Buildings.5. Design and Engineering of CCTV, Surveillance System, PAGA, Access Control Systems and Intrusion Detection Systems.6. Review of 3D Model in S3D and Autodesk Revit using SPR or Navisworks and be a stakeholder in 30%, 50% and 90% Model Reviews with Client, Vendor and Sub Contractors in BIM enviroment..7. Design and Engineering of Leak Detection System and interface with Building Management System.8. Preparation of Subcontract Requisitions and Bid Evaluation and Vendor Print Review.9. Telecommunication system design including design of campus backbone cabling, trays and conduits connecting various buildings. Designing Wireless LAN with wireless access points and wireless controlpoints.10. Develop System Architecture of Telecom Networks including selection of network switch, routers, firewall and VOIP based equipments and phone.11. Review of Hazardous Production Material Monitoring SystemJOB KNOWLEDGE:1. Proficient in Building Management System and review of BMS System architecture to integrate third party systems via existing vendor protocols including, as a minimum, Lon Talk, BACnet and MODBUSTCP/IP.2. Thorough knowledge in handling of HVAC Systems such as CHILLERS, FAHU, AHU, FCU, DX Type Package Units, Split AC Units, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Motors, Dosing Systems, Compressors,Lifts/Elevators, Exhaust Fans for Buildings in Large Infrastructure Projects.3. Designing of multi service network including networking, server systems, structured cabling, telephone systems, access control and CCTV System, PAS systems.4. Development of graphics with SCADA Software for various process applications development, alarms, real time & historical trends.5. Design experience of Surveillance System including CCTV System, Intrusion Detection System, Access Control System, and integration with Plant SCADA network system.6. Experience in Interface and Signal Exchange between various electrical drives Motors, VFD, Soft Starters with MCC and Switchgear Network.7. Working knowledge of 3D Model Review in S3D and Auto Desk Revit using SPR and Navisworks.BASIC QUALIFICATION:1. A recognized bachelors degree in Engineering in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications or Instrumentation & Control Systems from an accredited college or university.For Grade 24,With over 8 years of working experience with 5 years of relevant experience in leading large complex Infrastructure Projects.For Grade 23,With over 4 years of working experience with 3 years of relevant experience in leading large complex Infrastructure Project.PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:1.
