Sr Sales ExecutiveVacant Locations:Punjab (B2C) 1 PositionDelhi NCR & Haryana (B2C) 1 PositionWest UP (B2C) 1 PositionJob Overview:We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join our B2C sales division for adhesives and sealants. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing field activities, and team coordination in the assigned territory. Candidates with a background in adhesives and sealants are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Drive B2C sales in the assigned region (Adhesives & Sealants).Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network.Handle a small team and guide their field activities.Regular field visits to meet clients, conduct product demos, and close sales.Achieve sales and revenue targets.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and logistics.Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.Candidate Requirements:Education: Any DegreeExperience: 2 to 5 YearsExperience in Adhesives & Sealants industry preferredSkills:Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage a small teamWillingness to travel extensively within assigned regionSalary & Benefits:30,000 40,000 per month (Based on experience)Travel AllowancesIncentives based on performanceInterview Process:1st Round: Telephonic Interview2nd & 3rd Rounds: Video Interviews
