Our mission is to guide clients in making informed property investment decisions with trust, transparency, and expertise.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Inside Tele Sales Executive to join our Hisar team. The role will involve generating and nurturing leads through phone-based sales, understanding client requirements, promoting real estate projects, and converting inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate projects. Explain project details, investment opportunities, and property benefits to prospective buyers. Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to convert inquiries into site visits and sales. Coordinate with sales/relationship managers for scheduling client meetings and site visits. Keep accurate records of client interactions and update CRM/database regularly. Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion, and sales targets. Build rapport with clients to ensure long-term engagement and referrals.Requirements Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Sales/Marketing background). 1- 3 years of experience in tele sales/inside sales (real estate experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Fluency in Hindi and basic English (local Hisar dialect familiarity is advantageous). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
