Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager with prior experience in solar industry sales, specifically in dealer/channel development. You will be responsible for managing channel sales and dealer network expansion in the Haryana and Punjab region.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks in assigned territory
    • Manage and grow channel sales for solar PV panels and solar thermal systems
    • Regular client visits, dealer coordination, and B2B partner meetings
    • Support sales campaigns, trade shows, and regional promotional activities
    • Provide timely updates on competition, pricing, and market trends
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    Requirements
    • Experience: 3 - 5 years in solar product sales (PV Panels, Solar Water Heaters, or Renewable Systems)
    • Proven track record in dealer development and channel sales.
    • Comfortable with regional travel in Haryana/Punjab (Sirsa, Hisar, Bathinda, etc.)
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-starter with strong execution and reporting discipline.
    • Must have own vehicle (preferred)
