Job Description

We are currently searching for Dispatch Manager oversees the coordination and scheduling of deliveries, shipments, or services, ensuring timely and efficient operations by managing dispatch teams, monitoring logistics, and addressing any issues that arise.Plan and schedule deliveries, shipments, or services.Assign drivers, vehicles, and other resources.Optimize routes and schedules for efficiency.Monitor the status of dispatches and deliveries.Address any issues that arise during transportation or service delivery.Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and inventory levels.Supervise and manage dispatch teams.Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders.Provide training and support to dispatch personnel.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of dispatch operations.
