This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement in a dynamic work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.Onboarding: Help with onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation.HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records and assist in HR-related documentation.Training Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions for employees.Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organization: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
