Job Description

Required HR MANAGER FemaleQul : MBA/GraduatePost : HR ManagerSalary : 18k - 25k (inhand)Job Responsibility

  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.needs to hire candidates for direct company.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.
  • Coordinate with Managers and candidate.
  • have to take care the responsibility of joining of internal and external recruitment.
  • Records Keeping and maintanance of whole office organisation.
Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Graduate/ MBA in HR/ Marketing.
  2. Min 3 years Experience of BPO sector / Recruitment field are preferable.
  3. Age in between 30-40 years.
  4. Only female can apply.
Key Skills:
  1. MS Word, MS Excel (High level) and medium level knowledge in computers. 2. Must have excellent skills in interacting with uneven teams. 3. Must be good in spoken and written English, must possess good arithmetic and analytic skills.
