Build loyal relationships Become the go-to expert for end users(surgeons, purchase heads, infection control teams) and distributors. Coach & empower distributors Train their teams on Ansell products,run powerful joint calls, in-services, and promotional programs that winbusiness. Strategize like a pro Create monthly territory plans, spot newopportunities (new hospitals/projects), and use CRM (Salesforce) to staysharp. Lead in the field Network at medical exhibitions, CMEs, tradeshows, and local healthcare forums Budget management Gather market intelligence, new projects, and market research.Were Looking For:7 years of strong field sales experience in Surgical Gloves / MedicalDevices / Examination Gloves / Healthcare PPE Graduation (any stream) MBA preferred but not mandatory if youhave killer sales track record Proven ability to convert end-users and grow distributors Excellent relationship-building & communication skills (you love talkingto doctors & decision-makers) Strong planning execution you turn targets into wins month aftermonth Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and data-driven selling
