Job Title: Application Integration Technical Lead (Tibco BW 6 Lead)Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, HyderabadExperience:9 to 14 yearsAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced Application Integration Technical Lead to design, implement, and support an enterprise-wide integration platform and data interfaces for the Schlumberger Business Applications ecosystem. This role involves leading the development of ETL, ESB, MFT, and other integrations while ensuring adherence to technical standards, processes, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement secure, efficient, and adaptable integration solutions.
• Lead integration strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and IT goals.
• Develop integrations using technologies such as Tibco, Informatica, APIGEE, or cloud integration tools.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams on enterprise architecture standards and solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with governance and architectural frameworks.
• Create and manage use case diagrams, prioritize requirements, and support agile and traditional development methodologies.
• Drive special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to enterprise integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong experience in application integration using middleware tools such as:
  • Tibco (BusinessWorks, Hawk, Admin, EMS, Business Connect, Managed File Transfer)
  • Informatica (Power Center, Informatica Developer)
  • APIGEE (API Facades, REST API development, API Security)
  • Cloud Integration Technologies (Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Event Hub, Google Pub/Sub)
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining APIs (batch and real-time).
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and data security best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Knowledge of integration security, including encryption, firewalls, secret management (Azure Key Vault, Hashicorp, GCP KMS).
• Familiarity with cloud databases such as BigQuery or CloudSQL.
Desirable Skills:
• Strong foundation in software development with exposure to Java, RESTful APIs, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, Python, Node.js, JSON, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with connectivity protocols such as FTP/SFTP, VPN, and file formats like XML, JSON, X12.
• Understanding of API security concepts (OAuth, JWT, federated identity).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment principles.
