You will act as the primary point of contact across cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, and delivery of Coupa projects. You will work on full lifecycle implementation projects, collaborate with ERP and middleware teams, and lead best practices in procurement systems.Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of Coupa applications, particularly across ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), suppliers, invoicing, and account coding systems.
• Architect, design, and implement robust data models and integration frameworks between Coupa and enterprise systems.
• Serve as the primary SME for Coupa functionality and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver scalable Coupa solutions.
• Coordinate with ERP, middleware (MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion, Boomi), and other procurement tool teams (Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zycus).
• Provide functional guidance on P2P and Accounts Payable processes.
• Manage teams and guide junior consultants on best practices.
• Maintain documentation for designs, testing, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with new Coupa releases and industry standards.
Skills Required:Must To Have Skills:
• Coupa functional and technical expertise with hands-on experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations.
• Coupa Certification is essential.
• Knowledge of procurement chain systems and related ERP domains.
• Exposure to integration tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, Oracle Fusion.
• Understanding of P2P, supplier integration, and invoicing processes.
Good To Have Skills:
• Familiarity with other procurement suites such as Ivalua, Jaggaer, and Zycus.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP systems.
• Experience in working with global and multicultural teams.
