AthenaOne Systems Analyst Role (Pan India)

Job Description

We are currently looking for anAthenaOne Systems Analystto join our team in (Pan India). This role involves supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting the AthenaOne EMR system, including key modules such asClinicals, Collector, and Communicator.The ideal candidate will have:job Description:The AthenaOne (EMR Systems Analyst) position is responsible for supporting, reviewing, analysing, enhancing, and modifying the athenaOne Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This can include user support, user training, application configuration, application testing, debugging and updates of application systems. While the primary application to be supported by this position is the organizations EMR, collaboration around other IT applications and initiatives is also required.
• Candidate should have hands on experience ofAthena One Solutionof its Patients Engagement, Clinical Experience,Healthcare Payment experiences.
• Candidate must have hands on experience ofAthena Collector Solutionwhich includes all 3 stages of Check in, Patient examination and check out.
• Candidate must have hands on experience ofAthena Communicatorsolution of its patient Appointment and scheduling, Patient Messages, Patient self-check in and My Health Reminders.
• Basic knowledge ofUS Healthcare Provider domain example EMR, EHR& PMS, Meaningful Uses, Pharmacy benefit management etc.
• Basic knowledge of US healthcare Payor domain example RCM, claim lifecycle, Public and Private Healthcare insurances, US Healthcare Protocol and standards, Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, POS, ICD, CPT codes, HL7standards, HIPAA etc
• Expertise in at least one module of Athena One: Clinicals, Collector, and/or Communicator
• Configure Athena One systems as directed and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Should have help desk experience, resolve issues by doing analysis related to configuration
Key Responsibilities:
• Support clinic migrations from legacy EHRs to athenaOne implementations; including foundational build activities for athenaOne Collector, Communicator, and Clinicals
• Expertise in at least one module of athenaOne: Clinicals, Collector, and/or Communicator
• Configure athenaOne systems as directed and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Utilize expertise to recommend enhanced the functionality and efficiency of athenahealth systems; improve processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with application vendors to address issues, implement upgrades, and facilitate system enhancements.
• Lead efforts in EMR modification, testing, and version upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Identify and rectify data integrity issues within the EMR database, implementing solutions to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and upgrade documentation for end-users.
• Provide backup support for IT issues requiring urgent attention, as necessary.
• Performs related duties, as required.
Qualifications And Experience:
• Bachelors degree in related field(s) preferred
• 2 years of Clinical healthcare background required.
• Minimum of 2 years of technology and athenaOne EMR experience, including hands-on technical experience.
• Extensive knowledge of EMRs and enterprise software applications.
• Good working knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong communication skills with effective results focused within an information systems environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes related to EMR.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
