Job Description

    Department:Quality Assurance / Testing The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating and executing tests for APIs, ensuring the functionality, reliability, and performance of backend services, and ensuring overall software quality through automated test cases.Responsibilities:
    1. Establish Test Automation process and involve in evaluating/planning the automation roadmap;
    2. Maintain and update Selenium WebDriver scripts;
    3. Design, develop and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategy using Selenium WebDriver;
    4. Develop automation framework for API testing with SOAPUI/Ready API;
    5. Create test strategy, test plans and test cases for projects managed through Agile development methodology;
    6. Develop and maintain methods and libraries needed to rapidly grow and scale automation suite;
    7. Develop scripts for Web Services and Rest Services. Develop automation scripts on web applications, web services and mobile applications.
    Requirements:
    1. Excellent technical documentation skills;
    2. Ability to generate reports from test results with minimal rework;
    3. Ability to follow step by step instructions, procedures and guidelines;
    4. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
    5. Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects;
    6. Ability to work well with other team members & customers;
    7. Ability to troubleshoot script related issues;
    8. Ability to analyze existing scripts;
    9. Requires ability to work independently;
    10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    11. Ability to review test scripts and results generated by other testers;
    12. Ability to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new situations.
    Education & Experience:
    1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in automation testing, particularly for APIs.
