Job Description

A Branch Relationship Manager drives business growth within a bank branch by managing high-value client portfolios, acquiring new customers, and cross-selling financial products (loans, insurance, investments). Key responsibilities include personalized service, meeting sales targets, and managing customer grievances. This role requires 2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and usually an MBA, with a mix of 80% sales and 20% operations.Key Responsibilities
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Acquiring new high-net-worth (HNI) or commercial customers through networking, referrals, and sales calls
• Sales Target Achievement: Driving sales of bank products (Savings/Current accounts, deposits) and third-party products (Insurance, Mutual Funds)
• Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored financial solutions and handling service requests
• Customer Service & Operations: Managing customer grievances, processing account openings, and ensuring efficient service delivery to improve NPS (Net Promoter Score)
• Compliance: Adhering to regulatory standards and bank policies regardingKYC, AML, and other security procedures
