Achievement of Business Plans:
  • Build and broad base thesales force through continuous and consistent driving team.
  • Ensure that the sales team engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong relationship with them
  • Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the income
Business Drive:
  • Drive the R&R schemes floated by HO from time to time
  • Support team members in liaison with thecompany for addressing their requirements/ concerns
  • Being fully compliant to all the norms laid down by the regulators and the company
  • Percolate the management guidelines to the entire team.
  • Keeping the expense ratio of the Branch well within the defined budget
Analytical Skills &Domain Knowledge:
  • Designing Sales Strategies to achieve the business goals
  • Analytical skills to read, interpret MIS
  • Skill sets to handle a team of agents to achieve the business goals
  • Sound domain knowledge of the insurance policies and practice in India
  • Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements and compliance
