Job Description

    Position: Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)Job Location: HyderabadShift: United States / Australian Shift-No Cab FacilityClient: CadeployGoal-oriented, have the ability to consistently meet or exceed calling and opportunity generation quotasRoles and Responsibilities:To Succeed in This Position, You Must
    • Should be in business developmentrole currently with minimum 3 years of tenure and shall have at least3+ Years in Business Development/B2B Sales preferably in North American and Australian market i.e. US and Canada
    • As a business development professional, youll be responsible for cold calling and Lead generation.
    • You will be working closely identifying potential Leads.
    • Be willing to work in US / Australian Shift.
    • Should have thorough knowledge of complete sales cycle i.e., data mining/lead generation to the closure and then managing that account to ensure the repeat business
    • Should have been into individual contributor role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Should work on Sales Funnel and so forth
    As a businessdevelopment executive, youllneed to:
    • Good Communication skills, Convincing skills and possess high energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas.
    • Develop US/Canada/Australianmarket by doing outbound calls to the new clients
    • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
    • Management of End-to-End Business Development process starting from lead generation to closure.
    • Foster and Develop relationships with customers/clients
    • Researching actively for potential clients.
    • Coordinating business generation activities, Developing customized targeted partner strategies.
    • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales performance.
    • Creating & maintaining a list of databases of prospect clients
    • Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
      • Create a sales pipeline.
      • Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
      • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management
      • Achieving quarterly targets and responsible for identification of opportunities, mapping and prospecting them for conversion.
    • Tracking competitors movement in the market as a proactive measure to retain the existing client base.
    • Managing the execution of Project from presales client communication to the deployment of project & further Post Sales efforts for repeat business as well as identifying the areas for new business with existing Client.
