• Handle day-to-day cafe operations smoothly
• Manage and supervise cafe staff and shift activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and brand standards
• Monitor inventory, stock control, and wastage management
• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports
• Train and motivate team members for better productivity
• Ensure proper coffee preparation and beverage quality standards
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in cafe / QSR team handling role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must have experience in coffee-based brands or cafe operations
• Ability to manage team performance and customer engagement
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends
• Basic understanding of sales, inventory, and operational reporting
