Designation:Champion Life Planning OfficerJob location: Pan India HiringCompensation/CTC Package: 2.2L to 6.5L CTC per annum Heavy Incentives based on sales performance Opportunity to Travels to exciting locations Nationally and Internationally Fast Track promotions 3 promotion cycle in a year.Eligibility:A female candidate who:
1. Is from Life Insurance industry
2. Preferably from Agency or Direct Marketing background
3. Has been earning 3-5 k incentive month on month or min 36-60 k annual incentive
OR has qualified for international trip in the current or lastFinancialyearOR has been promoted in this FY or last FY
1. Has prior experience and sales achievement of 15-20 lakh in competitor insurance company
Responsibility
• Generate business through leads, references, field activities, and existing customer networks.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of premiumlogin, policy issuance, and business activation.
• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Identifycustomer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to expand business opportunities.
• Maintainhigh levelsof customer service and ensure smooth policy processing.
• Coordinate with branch teams and managers for business closures and operational support.
• Maintain productivity and performance standards as defined by the organization.
