    • Lead support functions and operations for multiple business groups.
    • Contribute to strategic initiatives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and success.
    • Work on change control processes, adherence, and documentation.
    • Partner closely with Product teams in Agile environments to remediate deficiencies.

    • Expertise in Change Management and Home Lending.
    • Familiarity with Product and Agile methodology.
