Job Description

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-qualitycare to patients in a healthcare setting.Key Responsibilities: Patient Care:
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    • Monitor vital signs, manage IVs, and provide wound care as needed.
    • Coordinate and manage patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
    • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
    • Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatments in a timely manner.
    • Compliance:
    • Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards, hospital policies, and nursing procedures.
    • Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA (or other regional standards).
    Professional Development:
    • Attend training and continuing education sessions to maintain licensure and stay current with healthcare trends and best practices.
    • Participate in performance evaluations and quality improvement initiatives.
    Qualifications:Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing qualification.
    • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state.
    • SKills:
    • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with medical software and patient record systems.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-pacednts.
