Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to lead andexpand our sales efforts in the networking hardware sector. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners, distributors,and resellers to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong expertise in networkinghardware solutions, including routers, switches, wireless systems, and relatedproducts.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement channel sales strategies to grow the companys marketshare in networking hardware. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and distributors. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners toensure business success. Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales, increase product adoption, andexpand market reach. Provide ongoing support, training, and product information to channel partnersto maximize their sales potential. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint marketinginitiatives and promotions for channel partners. Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, ensuring they meetsales targets and other KPIs. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in networking hardware andeffectively communicate these to partners. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners, ensuring mutuallybeneficial agreements. Prepare regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and marketanalysis to present to senior management.Requirements:Proven experience as a Channel Sales Manager or similar role in the networkinghardware industry. Strong understanding of networking hardware products such as routers,switches, access points, Wired and wireless systems. Excellent knowledge of channel sales strategies and partner management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience with CRM software and other sales tools to track performance andmanage relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-drivendecisions.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
