Student Engagement: Foster an interactive and supportive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and a passion for Chemistry. Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer regular assessments, assignments, and practical experiments to track and support student progress. Resource Management: Utilize and develop resources, including labs and equipment, to enhance student understanding of complex Chemistry concepts. Student Support: Provide individualized support, including extra tutoring and mentoring, to help students achieve academic success in Chemistry. Professional Development: Participate in continuous professional development programs to stay current with IGCSE curriculum updates and teaching strategies.Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry or a related field (Masters preferred). Certification: Teaching qualification recognized for IGCSE, such as PGCE or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 3 years teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level, preferably with IGCSE curriculum experience.
