Job Description

    Work locations will be:Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Pune/ Gurgaon/ Kolkata/ ChennaiKey Responsibilities:
    • IBM OpenPages Expertise:Utilize your extensive experience with IBM OpenPages to create, manage, and optimize Jira stories. Collaborate with module owners to gather and define requirements.
    • ServiceNow Management:Handle ServiceNow requests and incident management activities efficiently.
    • Data Analysis:Apply advanced data analysis skills, particularly using Excel, to examine historical data and import it into the system via FastMap.
    • Testing and Sign-Off:Conduct thorough testing and provide sign-off on deliverables, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
    • Knowledge Management:Facilitate meetings, create comprehensive documentation, and provide 1-on-1 support to global clients.
    • Jira Platform Proficiency:Update and manage the lifecycle of tasks and projects on the Jira platform.
    • Critical Thinking:Perform detailed system requirement impact analysis and provide insightful recommendations.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience with IBM OpenPages as a primary platform.
    • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow requests and incident management.
    • Strong background as a business analyst, with proficiency in creating and managing Jira stories.
    • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and system imports via FastMap.
    • Excellent knowledge management skills, with the ability to create detailed documentation and facilitate meetings.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide 1-on-1 client support.
    • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
