Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with information on property.
    • Pleasant and presentable personality
    • Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service.
    • Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain relationships with potential buyers.
    • Coordinate and accompany clients on property visits, ensuring a pleasant and informative experience.
    • Assist clients in understanding the Project, addressing their queries, and guiding them thought the process
    • Maintain and update client databases, track interactions, and ensure all client information is recorded and managed efficiently.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
    • Collect client feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
    • Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
    Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.Languages: English and Telugu (Hindi will be Added advantage)Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
