Job Description

Drill Site Manager is responsible for managing the planning and execution of drilling projects The manager is also responsible for analysing reserves, providing input to strategic decisions, solving escalated issues, planning and developing revisions or enhancements to solve and troubleshoot drilling problems, and overseeing the work of field workers and supervisors1. The manager is also responsible for managing the entire drilling facility, operations, employees, and work environment and HSE The manager is also responsible for managing the relationship with senior management and department managers, ensuring that wells are drilled and completed in a manner that meets the objectives of the reservoir, production, and geological departments, and liaising with the geology, reservoir, and production departments for long-term planning issues
