We are hiring Equity Dealer HNI / UHNI DeskJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Equity Dealer to join our HNI/UHNI Desk. The role involves providing market-based trading and investment ideas, generating brokerage revenue, activating dormant clients and supporting the overall growth of the client portfolio.Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and understand Equity Markets and analyze Technical & Fundamental Stock Market Reports.
• Provide timely trading calls, stock ideas and market insights to mapped HNI/UHNI clients and respective Advisors.
• Generate direct brokerage revenue through active client engagement and advisory-led trading.
• Drive growth in Trading and Delivery volumes through quality market calls and investment ideas.
• Maintain regular interaction and meetings with active clients to understand their trading and investment requirements.
• Identify and activate dormant/inactive clients and increase client engagement and trading activity.
• Build strong relationships with mapped HNI/UHNI clients and ensure high-quality service and responsiveness.
• Cross-sell third-party investment products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products and other investment solutions.
• Work closely with Advisors/Relationship Managers to improve client engagement, trading activity and overall revenue.
• Achieve assigned brokerage, revenue and business-generation targets.
• Expected to generate 23X business from the managed client base, with additional business support provided by the organization.
Candidate Profile
• 3-10 years of experience as an Equity Dealer / Senior Equity Dealer / Equity Advisor / Dealer-cum-RM.
• Experience in Stock Broking, Equity Broking, Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of Equity Markets, Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis.
• Experience handling HNI / UHNI / affluent clients is preferred.
• Proven track record in brokerage generation, trading volumes and client activation.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide actionable market views and stock ideas to clients.
• Exposure to Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS and Structured Products will be an advantage.
• NISM certification relevant to the role will be preferred.
