Our portfolio spans diverse real estate transactionsfrom multifamily apartment communities to large-scale office towers across the United States and European markets, with deal sizes typically ranging from $25 million to over $500 million USD.Role Overview:We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our Project Finance team, supporting US-based clients in the renewable energy and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, experience in the solar energy sector, or retrofitted energy systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in complex transactions, investment evaluation, and client engagement.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, maintain, and review detailed financial models for renewable energy (solar preferred) and real estate projects.
    • Assist funds with determination of cost savings and ROI on energy efficiency
    • Support transaction execution, including debt/equity structuring, refinancing, and acquisitions.
    • Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and risk assessment.
    • Prepare investment memorandum, presentations, and client deliverables.
    • Conduct industry and market research to support deal execution and portfolio monitoring.
    • Coordinate due diligence with external advisors and stakeholders.
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • 3 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or corporate finance.
    • Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and valuation techniques.
    • Prior exposure to solar or renewable energy projects (preferred).
    • Experience in real estate finance (a plus).
    • Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
