Shared Services and Reference Data Operations are at the core of the bank and are truly horizontal functions providing firm wide solutions. As a Business Risk Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the business operates within it s risk appetite and is compliant with the firm wide operational risk framework.Diversity helps us grow, together. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients., 5 years or more of operational risk experience in banking, ideally within operations strong understanding of risk management concepts and their implementation in practice. You understand how to design and oversee control frameworks, perform risk assessments and validate risk and remediation approaches university degree (preferably in Risk or Finance) or relevant professional experience proactive, self-driven and flexible personality with ability to complete multiple tasks under tight deadlines, with little supervision effectively collaborate and communicate with team members and across different functions, building credibility & trust control-minded with the ability to identify control gaps to lead and support the development of robust solutions strong communication and presentation skills fluency in English
